Activities on Wednesday in Cumbria

Social groups, fitness classes, warm spaces, art groups, carer support and community activities across Penrith, Appleby, Keswick, Carlisle, Eden Valley & surrounding villages.

Wednesdays across Cumbria offer a wide range of activities to help people stay active, connected and involved in their community. From exercise classes and craft groups to carer support sessions and dementia-friendly activities, there is something for every interest and ability.

Many people combine these community opportunities with help at home. Eden Country Care supports independent living by providing home care services across Cumbria, including elderly care, domiciliary care and dementia care, helping people access the activities they enjoy.
