Thursdays offer a wonderful mix of community activities across Cumbria from exercise classes and art groups to dementia-friendly sessions, walks, social meetups, and carer support hubs. These groups help people stay active, connected, and engaged with their local community.
Many people enjoy combining these activities with support at home. Eden Country Care provides home care services across Cumbria, including elderly care, domiciliary care, dementia care and assisted living support, helping people remain independent while taking part in the groups they enjoy.
