Adventure Companions is a companionship service in Cumbria offering support for people to enjoy disabled-friendly and accessible holidays. 

Our companions help you to find suitable accommodation, handle all the arrangements and provide care and support giving you a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

How does it work?

1. You choose what type of holiday you’d like and when you’d like to go. 

2. Get in touch with Adele on: 07802 715225 or email your request to: adele@edencountrycare.co.uk

3. She’ll discuss your requirements and then look for a suitable holiday.

4. Adele will tell you what types of breaks are available and what the cost will be.

5. Once you find the perfect getaway then Adele will make all the booking arrangements.

That’s it - get packing! 

What does the service include? 

• We can take care of finding the right accommodation and travel and handle all the booking arrangements.
  
  
• We provide a trained and experienced health and social care Adventure Companion to accompany you on holiday. They’ll support you with any care needs and accompany you on day trips and activities whilst away. 
  
  
• A photo memory book is provided as a keepsake to share with family & friends.

Absolutely! You can enjoy time with family and friends whilst on your holiday knowing that our companion is on hand to discreetly provide any support you might need.

Do the companions wear a uniform? 

Our companions don't wear a uniform. They support you with everything you need as a friend or relative would but they have the specialised training for care and support tasks.
